Card Muse: TriPeaks
Privacy Policy
This policy describes the current pre-release game. The effective date and remaining service arrangements will be finalized before launch.
Effective date: To be confirmed
About this policy
This policy covers Card Muse: TriPeaks for Android (com.utilstudio.cardmuse.tripeaks). It explains information used by the game, its integrated services, and email support. The game does not require you to create an account.
Game progress and preferences
Stage progress, unlocked portraits, collection progress, language choice, and audio settings are saved on your device. The current game does not upload this saved progress to a developer-operated account or cloud-save service. Local storage is separate from information handled by advertising and platform services described below.
Advertising and related information
The game integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Google documents default collection and sharing of IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, performance diagnostics, and device or account-related identifiers, including advertising ID and app set ID. These are used for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. Actual handling depends on consent, device settings, and enabled features. Google states that SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
Advertising choices
Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks whether a privacy message is required and presents it when applicable. The game initializes advertising only when UMP reports that ads may be requested. When available, use “Ad Privacy Settings” on the game’s title screen to review your choices. You can also manage advertising ID controls in Android settings. Availability of messages and personalized or limited ads depends on your region, choices, and the configured advertising service.
Saving portraits to your gallery
When you choose to save an unlocked portrait, NativeGallery writes the game image to your device’s gallery. The game uses this integration to export its own images, not to browse or upload your existing photos. Your operating system may request storage or photo-library permission depending on the device and Android version. You can manage permissions in device settings. Denying a required permission may prevent image saving.
Google Play updates
The game uses Google Play In-App Updates to check for updates and offer a flexible download and installation flow. Google documents handling of device metadata, application version, and installed modules or asset packs to determine update availability and size. Google Play handles this process under its own terms and privacy practices.
Gameplay analytics
The current game does not integrate Firebase Analytics, and Unity Analytics is disabled in the project settings. This does not mean that no usage or diagnostic information is processed: Google’s advertising and platform services handle information as described above. This policy will need to be updated if additional analytics services are introduced.
Email support
If you email contact.utilstudio@gmail.com, your email address, message, and any attachments are processed to respond to your request and investigate reported problems. Email is handled through Gmail. Include only information needed to explain your issue, and remove personal information from screenshots when possible. Do not send passwords or payment details.
Service providers and international processing
Google provides the advertising, consent, update, and email services described here. Information handled by these services may be processed outside your country in accordance with their terms and privacy policies. The applicable provider arrangements, transfer details, and region-specific disclosures will be confirmed before the policy is finalized.
Storage and deletion
Saved game progress and preferences remain in local app storage until cleared or otherwise removed. Clearing app storage in Android settings removes local progress and preferences; it does not delete portraits already exported to your gallery, which you can remove separately. Device backup or restoration may affect local data. Google’s services apply their own retention practices and controls. The support-email retention schedule and any applicable legal retention requirements are being finalized.
Your privacy requests
Contact contact.utilstudio@gmail.com with questions or requests concerning information you provided through support. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Advertising choices can be reviewed through the controls described above where available. Requests concerning information controlled by Google may also require Google’s privacy controls.
Age audience
Card Muse: TriPeaks is designed for adults. The final store age classification, audience declaration, and any required age-related advertising settings will be confirmed before release. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
Policy changes
This policy will be updated when the game’s data practices change. The effective date will be set when the release policy is finalized. Please check this page for the latest version.
